RMR-86, concrobian, bleach, baking soda, dawn, vinegar. The concrete floor was 12″ under water for a couple months. The subfloor in the ceiling of the basement also has mold on it. Very strong mold smell. We have used concrobian fogger and sprayer, we have used bleach/water. Wood and insulation all removed except the ceiling with is the subfloor from above. A little better but still bad.
